Refund policy
We want you to love your Xolena purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at rnhcloudretail@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You may choose your preferred courier or we can assist in arranging return shipping (charges will be deducted from your refund).
Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus any return shipping charges, if applicable). Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, used towels or cloths cannot be accepted for return. Sale or clearance items are also final sale and non-returnable.
